GUANTANAMO BAY - The paperwork for the return to Australia of confessed terrorist David
Hicks could be completed by the end of the week, his lawyer Major Michael Mori says.

SYDNEY - Confessed terrorist David Hicks will return to studying and seek to live a
normal existence on his return to Australia and release from jail, his lawyer Major Michael
Mori says.
SYDNEY - A decision on whether to monitor David Hicks upon his release from jail in
Australia is a matter for the police, Foreign Minister Alexander Downer says.
CANBERRA - Sympathisers of David Hicks should remember the thousands of innocent people
