TROY, Mich. -- Larry Hruska, a 20-year veteran of community pharmacy who joined Kmart Corp. earlier this year, has been promoted to vice president of pharmacy.
In his new post the 50-year-old Hruska will be responsible for overseeing the operations, marketing and managed care functions of the discounter's nearly 1,600 pharmacies.
