Cindy Lee Given Ballard, 48, of Dunbar departed this world on July2, 2007.

She was the daughter of the late SFC William J. Given, US Army(Retired) and Frances Wilson Given. She was born May 20, 1959 at FortBelvoir Army Hospital, Virginia.

Surviving are her mother, Frances; brothers, William J. Given andhis wife, Barbara, of Colorado and Walter J. Given and his wife,Laura, of Nitro; sisters, Amy Stewart and her husband, Karl, of SouthCharleston and Leighsha Bowman and her husband, Jon, of Charleston;and 14 nieces and nephews.
